Description

DESC: The Defense Energy Support Center (DESC) is soliciting proposal on a full and open competitive basis to award contracts for Into-Plane Fuel with Contingency Requirement for the following six (6) Intermediate Support Base (ISB) locations in Africa: Libreville, Gabon; Entebbe, Uganda; Dakar, Senegal; Accra, Ghana; Windhoek, Namibia; and Lusaka, Zambia. The performance period will be from date of award through 30 September 2002 (Base Year) with three (3) option periods to renew. Option I -- 1 October 2002 -- 30 September 2003, Option II -- 1 October 2003 -- 30 Spetember 2004 and Option III -- 1 October 2004 -- 30 September 2005. Refer to solicitation for specific quantities at each location. Solicitation will be available on the web after 14 November 2000. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered.
