Description

The US Army Medical Research Acquisition Activity intends to negotiate with the Royal Thai Army Research Institute of Medical Sciences on a sole source basis for research and operational support to the US Armed Forces Research Institute of Medical Sciences in Bangkok, Thailand. This contract will be a follow on effort to a current contractual relationship between the aforementioned parties. The Royal Thai Army is the only responsible source capable of providing the follow on services, as set forth in Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) 6.302-1(b)(1)(i). This is not a solicitation. Note 22 applies.
