Description

The U.S. Department of the Navy, Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command (SPAWARSYSCOM) is seeking to make a total Small-Business Set-Aside contract award to interested sources that can provide development, evaluation, modification, and maintenance of Navy Fiscal Databases and analytical products supporting OPNAV Assessment Division (N81) requirements. The services required are needed for development, evaluation, operation, and maintenance of databases and analytical forecasting models to support organizational objectives. The Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command (SPAWAR) intends to release a draft Request for Proposals (RFP) for acquisition of these services. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code for this procurement is 541519 -- Other Computer Related Services. The small business size standard for NAICS Code 541519 is a business, including its affiliates, averaging no more than $18.0 million dollars in annual receipts. Sections A through K of the Draft RFP are hereby provided at (https://e-commerce.spawar.navy.mil, Future Business Opportunities under Pre-Solicitation Number N00039-01-R-2201)for your review and feedback. Sections L & M will be provided at a later date. Request all comments and questions on the draft Solicitation be provided by Close of Business 30 November, so we can incorporate all revisions into the Final RFP. This pre-solicitation announcement is not a formal solicitation. The Government shall not award any contract on the basis of this announcement, nor will the Government pay for the responses received.
