Description

Notice of Intent to place a sole source award for Bronze Maintenance Service with SMC Electronics USA L.L.C.for various hardware and software.Samples of part numbers are: 750-0295-101 with a description of 1090/1095-ps, part number 750-0480-01 description 1095s-ps750(this is not an all inclusive list.) Period of performance-one year.Any contractor may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals.Submit proposal to the attention of Sharon Meltzer, 317-298-1344.This notice of intent is not a request for Competitive proposals.However, all proposals received by the closing date stated in this publication will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.Information received will normally be considerd solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.Bronze maintenance includes telephone support, repair of equipment at no charge, advanced replacements of mission-essential equipment, firmware upgrade, trouble resolution.
