Description

This is a presolicitation notice. The government intends to issue a solicitation for a firm-fixed price contract on reforestation for erosion control services. The services includes identification of potential erosion control sites, verification of existing field conditions and perimeter surveys to determine square feet of each site, determine areas of concentrated water flow, fertile erosion control sites, direct broadcast seed erosion control sites, install erosion control fabric, clear vegetation and plant tree seedlings at COMNAVMAR, Guam. The estimated cost range is between $100,000 and $250,000. This presolicitation notice will be followed by a formal solicitation, which will include specific dates and other pertinent information. This procurement is 100% set aside for Small Business. The North American Industry Classification System code is 115310 and the Standard Industrial Classification code is 0851 with a size standard of $5.0 MIL.
