Description

The synopsis for Dental Screening Services is hereby amended to make the following changes: All questions related to the RFP itself must be received in writing no later than November 28, 2000. The closing date has been extended through 12:00 p.m. December 08, 2000. The RFP shall be distributed via postal service instead of electronic transmission. All requests for the RFP shall include a postal mailing address and point of contact. Hard copies of the RFP will be made available for picked-up upon written request through December 07, 2000, close of business.
