Description

The Federal Highway Administration plans to negotiate with Gilseth Consulting, Incorporated to provide support to the performance of facilities maintenance services for the Automated Response Capabilities System. Gilseth Consulting, Inc. is the principal designer and developer of the interact voice response system and the expert in the integration of the voice/telephone portion of the system located at the Insurance Compliance Division, Federal Motor Carriers Safety Administration. Therefore, Gilseth Consulting, Incorporated is the only known source available that can provide ongoing technical support and consultation without any interruptions. This is a Simplified Acquisition and the anticipated award date is November 28,
