Description

Mail Services for the Marine Corps Retention Project, to include assembling of 155,000 cover letters, 8 x 11" 8-page survey booklets and business reply envelopes, along with printing mailing addresses directly on envelopes and post cards. Post cards to include pre-notification cards, reminder cards, and final reminder cards. All packets/post cards to be packaged for direct mailing and delivered to Consolidated Mail Facility, NAVSUPPACT Midsouth, Millington, TN, within three days of receipt of mailing list of addresses. Mailing list will be provided by Navy Personnel Research, Studies and Technology Department, Millington, TN, via diskette or e-mail in a ASCII text file format.
