Description

Requirement: The U.S. Government is seeking to lease approximately 19,461 rentable square feet yielding a range of 16,923 to 17,769 usable square feet of contiguous office and related space in West Palm Beach, Florida. Space must be located in a prime commercial office district with attractive, prestigious surroundings with a prevalence of modern design, tasteful rehabilitation in modern use or new construction. Location: Consideration will be given to space in the Central Business District (CBD) of West Palm Beach. The CBD is bounded by the following: North: Palm Beach Lakes Boulevard, East: Flagler Drive, South: Okeechobee Boulevard, West: Australiam Avenue. Required: All services, supplies, utilities, and tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. Parking for approximately 100 parking spaces are required within 14 mile radius from the offered site. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than March 20, 2001 or sooner. Lease Term: Term is 10 years, 5 years firm, with the Government having cancellation privileges after 5 years.
