Description

This is a solicitation notice. The work includes renovating air conditioning system at Gymnasium Building 338, Naval Computer and Telecommunications Station (NCTS), Guam. Work includes installation of new air conditioning system, replacement of acoustical and cement plaster ceiling, construction of exterior fur-out wall, covering existing louvered windows with 1/4" thick Plexiglas, installation of pre-fabricated steel mezzanine, construction of new mechanical pads and screen walls, saw cutting existing walls for new duct penetrations, replacement of exhaust fans and miscellaneous roof repair, painting and electrical work. The estimate price range is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. Plans and Specs will be available electronically on or about 3 Dec 2000 by downloading from NAVFAC E-Solicitations (ESOL) at http://esol.navfac.navy.mil. This procurement is not restricted. The NAICS/SICC Codes are 23511/1711 with a size standard of $11.5 MIL.
