- Description
- Project Description: The work includes furnishing all labor and supervision, tools, transportation, and equipment and materials, required to replace an existing oil fired hot water boiler, day tank, and hot water heater. The work shall include furnishing a new double wall day tank (60 gallon), oil pump, and burners; disconnection and reconnection of electrical wiring, controls, disconnect switch, draft flues, oil piping and fittings, hot water supply and return piping, drain piping, and pressure relief piping. Additional work includes providing a concrete pad underneath an existing 500 gallon Convault tank; this will require temporarily relocating the Convault tank for the time required to construct the concrete pad. Project location is U.S.Coast Guard Station Freeport, Brazoria County, Freeport, Texas. The estimated price range of the completed project is$25,000 -- $100,000. Performance period is 75 days. The applicable NAICS code is 23511, _Plumbing, Heating, and Air Conditioning Contractors, with a size standard of $11.5 M.
