Description

This is a continuation of Contract SP0410-99-C-0006 which resulted from BAA announcement SP0-410-97-S-0005. PHASE II modification will test the SURGE (Supplier Utilization through Responsive Grouped Enterprises) theory by grouping parts by their manufacturing similarities through an option of the initial contract. The Government reserves the right to exercise a second option period following the initial purchasing period of one year. It is anticipated the option will be exercised by December 29, 2000.
