Description

This is a modification to submission number 492743 dated September 1, 2000. NSN 8340-01-337-5561, previously solicitation number SP0-100-00-Q-4365 for the frame, transport bag, textile, tent, green is hereby added to this solicitation. See numbered notes 1, 9, 13, and 26. This request for RFQ is for the Frame Transport Bag, Textile, Tent, Camouflage Green, for Modular Command Post Tent System NSN 8340-01-337-5561, and the Bag, Textile, Fabric Assemblies, Tent, Camouflage Green,for Modular Command Post Tent System NSN 8340-01-337-7234, which shall be manufactured in accordance with Specification number MIL-T-44400 dated 4/11/91, amended 2/11/91. The last award price for NSN 8340-01-337-5561 was $78.27 and that was dated 1999. The last award price for NSN 8340-01-337-7234 was $74.89 and that was dated 1999. DSCP will require a quantity of 300 Frame Transport Bags and 200 Textile, Fabric Assemblies bags, for a total quantity of 500 bags.There will be one delivery for each 150 days after the date of award. Destination is Defense Distribution Depot Barstow, CA. All materials will be furnished by the awardee. FAR Part 12 procedures will not be used. This RFQ will be a total small business set-aside. The estimated issue dat for the RFQ is 11/15/00. All responsible sources may submit a bid which DSCP shall consider. All of those who have already requested a RFQ package for either SP0-100-00-Q-4365 or SP0-100-00-Q-4361 will still recieve a RFQ package for both items.
