Description

DESC: It is the intent of Fleet and Industrial Supply Center, Norfolk Naval Shipyard Annex to procure various quantities and sizes of one-piece wet suits. Delivery shall be FOB Destination, NNSY, Receiving Officer, Bldg. 276, Portsmouth, VA 23709-5000. The SIC code is 3069 and the size standard is 500 employees. This requirement is being procured utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures as set forth in FAR Part 13 and authorized in FAR 13.5, Test Program for Certain Commercial Products. Closing date for the Request for Quotation will be 15 December 2000. Requests for quotation packages will be accepted via e-mail or regular or expedited mail service to Purchase Division, Code 532.30, Attn: Ronda Rothermel, Fleet and Industrial Supply Center, Norfolk Naval Shipyard Annex, Bldg. 1500, 2nd Floor, Portsmouth, VA 23709-5000. Requests must state the quotation number, address for the RFQ to be mailed, a point of contact and phone/fax number. Phone and/or fax requests are not allowed and will not be considered.
