Description

The Government intends to award this acquisition on a Sole Source basis to Rite Solutions, Inc. because of their close interaction with MIT's Draper Laboratory and a Lecturer to MIT on their staff, who is familiar with course materials covering functional areas of the Combat Systems Course. Company to upgrade course material for a one week course to be held in June 2001, which will address advanced Submarine Combat System requirements, payload concepts, innovative submarine designs and future design techniques. This to be accomplished 4 months prior to the course at MIT and Newport, RI. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
