Description

The subject requirement is for Basketball Officials and Scorekeepers as required by Naval Air Station Oceana, Naval Amphibious Base Little Creek, Naval Station Norfolk, Norfolk Naval Shipyard, LANTFLT HEDSUFFACT, and FCTC Dam Neck Morale, Welfare, and Recreation Athletic Department locations. This procurement is a 100% small business set-aside under Standard Industrial Code 7999 or North American Industrial Code 713990. Solicitation and evaluation for contract award will be accomplished through commercial item and simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with the Clinger Cohen Test Program FAR Part 13.5. Period of performance for this award is one year starting 01 December 2000. A complete Request For Quote package will be available for download on or about 16 November 2000 by downloading the solicitation at FISC Norfolk Website: http://www.nor.fisc.navy.mil/contracts or at http://www.neco.navy.mil. By submitting an offer, the contractor shall be self-certifying that neither the requestor nor the principal corporate officials and owners are currently suspended, debarred, or otherwise ineligible to receive contracts from any federal agency. The offeror shall be actively registered on Central Contracting Registration prior to receiving contract award. Failure to do so may represent grounds for refusing to accept the offer. Note number 1 applies.
