Description

The Navy Experimental Diving Unit, Panama City, Fl., intends to procure the following item Via SIMPLIFIED ACQUISITION PROCEDURES: SOLE SOURCE to Oxford Signal Processing of Oxford, MS. For continuation of updating software for Tethered Diver Communication System (TDCS) Helium Speech Unscramblers. This will provide improved version of software for time domain processing of helium speech. The revised ANR algorithm will be incorporated into the latest version of the FD software.
