Description

Concerns are sought having the ability to provide Community Corrections Center services (CCC) for male and female Federal offenders. Those interested are requested to give written notification (including telephone number and a point of contact) to the contracting office listed in this notice. Services required include care, custody, control, accountability, and treatment, to include furnishing of subsistence and medical and dental treatment for CCC services. The services described shall be in accordance withh the Bureau of Prisons' statement of work. Location of the facility shall be in the Montogmery, Alabama area. Contract Base Period is for two years with 3-1 year options to renew. Estimated number of inmate days for the base period is 21,900. Estimated number of inmate days for option years one, two and three is 10,950, respectively. Estimated RFP issue date is November 29, 2000. Estimated RFP closing date is January 24, 2001. A requirements contract is anticipated. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by this agency.
