Description

Edwards Air Force Base CA has a requirement for Chiller Maintenance. Service includes preventive and emergency maintenance for 8 McQuay Chillers. The Chillers are located at 4 separate sites on Edwards AFB. Period of performance is 1 Jan 01 through 30 Sep 01, with four (4) one year option periods. All maintenance is to be performed by McQuay qualified centrifugal compressor service technicians. Certifications of the technicians must be submitted with the offer. This acquisition is unrestricted. The North American Industry Classification System code is 811310. The small business size standard is $5M. The anticipated date for issuance of the solicitation is 27 Nov 00. The anticipated proposal due date is 12 Dec 00 with an expected award date of 19 Dec 00.
