Description

The Naval Air Systems Command is conducting a full and open competition to procure technical and engineering services for the repair and return to Ready For Issue (RFI) condition U.S. Navy F-5 Displacement Gyros P/N 19005-2C, in accordance with Technical Order 5F6-3-8-33 and best commercial practices, to include one (1) Trend Analysis Report. The Navy intends to award a five-year (base plus four options) Firm Fixed Price contract with an estimated award date of 08 December 2000. All services and or supplies shall be delivered or performed within thirty (30) days after receipt of displacement gyros. Formal solicitation N00019-01-R-0034 inclusive of all attachments should be available mid November. The Navy will only release the solicitation/RFP, including any subsequent amendments, over the Internet. TELEPHONE OR WRITTEN REQUESTS FOR SOLICITATIONS/RFPS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
