Description

The National Naval Medical Center (NNMC), Bethesda, MD is seeking sources for maintenance on three (3) Ultrasound Systems, Models HDI3000 and TWO (2)HDI5000 to include Preventative Maintenance Inspections every six months, repair parts furnished by the contractor at No Cost to the Government. The maintenance period is from time of award thru 30 September 2001. This maintenance contract is for the Radiology Dept., National Naval Medical Center, Bethesda, MD. All interested parties may request a copy of this solicitation by faxing request to (301) 295-0286 or 295-5159. Reponses to this request must be received by close of business 20 Nov 00, 4:30 pm EST. Prior to award of this service, award company must be currently registered in DoD Central Contractor Registration (CCR), have Cage Code, Duns Number and Tax Identification Number. The Government will select the offeror which provides the greatest value to the Government. Cost/Price could become a determinative factor in selection. The Government reserves the right to make an award without discussions and/or negotiation. This acquisition is being conducted under the guidelines set forth in Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). Award will be made in the form of a Government Purchase Order.
