Description

The National Naval Medical Center (NNMC), Bethesda, MD is seeking for sources for a maintenance contract on Ten (10) Surgical Microscopes, to include two (2) Preventative Maintenance Inspections a year based on equipment usage and all parts required for repair shall be furnished by the Contractor at No cost to the Government. The maintenance period is from time of award thru 30 September 2001. This maintenance contract is for the Main Operating Room at the National Naval Medical Center, Bethesda, MD. All interested parties may request a copy of this solicitation by faxing request to (301) 295-0286 or 295-5159. Reponses to this request must be received by close of business, 20 NOV 00, 4:30 PM EST. Prior to award of this service, award company must be currently registered in DoD Central Contractor Registration (CCR), have Cage Code, Duns Number and Tax Identification Number. The Government will select the offeror which provides the greatest value to the Government. The Government reserves the right to make an award without discussions and/or negotiation. This acquisition is being conducted under the guideline set forth in Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). Award will be made in the form of a Government Purchase Order.
