Description

Contractor to repair various high resolution computer monitors used as part of the Vista Imaging PACS system in Radiology service for the VA Medical Center at 50 Irving Street, NW, Washington, DC for the period of 12/1/00 9/30/01. This service contract shall include a multi-year request for support to cover the VISTA Imaging PACS monitors in Imaging Service at the VAMC Washington, DC. The PACS monitiors to be serviced include (16) Data Ray Model DR-1102, (16) Raytheon Megascan DG-4820P and (10) Siemens SM 21200P. The Vendor will provide costs for parts and labor or any applicable flat rate fees for the servicing of the PACS monitors. The Vendor will provide all labor, tools, equipment, and parts required to perform repair on equipment covered by the contract. All equipment shall be repaired to original equipment manufacturers (OEM) specifications or as detailed in the model specific manufacturer's service manual. Only OEM parts, manuals, and schematics will be utilized to perform the service. All defective parts replaced become the property of the vendor. The Vendor will provide for shipping costs to and from the VAMC Washington,DC and will provide suitable shipping containers as required for each model serviced. All responsible sources may submit an offer in accordance with the solicitation which may be obtained electronically after 11/14/00 at the following URL: http://www.va.gov/oa&mm/busopp. Any amendments issued to this solicitation will also be available at the URL address. Offerors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining amendments. Requests for a hard copy of the solicitation must be in writing to the Contracting Officer. No telephone requests will be accepted. The NAIC code is 811219 with total annual revenues not to exceed $5 million. Awarded contract may be extended for four (4) additional option years in accordance with the clause at 52.217-9, Option to extend the term of the Contract, subject to the availability of funds.
