Description

Provide services of a Board Certified Rheumatologist to provide rheumatology care at three Department of Veterans Affairs locations -- Dwight D. Eisenhower VA Medical Center, Leavenworth, Kansas; Colmery O'Neil VA Medical Center, Topeka, Kansas (these two facilities comprise the VA Eastern Kansas Health Care System): and the Wichita VA Medical Center, Wichita, Kansas. The services shall be provided one day per week for the VA rotating between the three sites on a regular schedule. Request for solicitation shall be in writing only and may be faxed to LoLa A.
