Description

The contractor shall provide all necessary personnel, drugs, supplies, facilities and medical insurance to provide inpatient/outpatient health care and dental services to IHS patients residing in the Ganado, Arizona service delivery area. The Contractor shall provide all necessary personnel, supplies, medications, equipment, facilities and medical liability insurance for the provision of health care services. The Contractor's facility shall be JCAHO accredited or HCFA certified; and their staff shall be appropriately certified and licensed throughout the term of the contract. The Contractor shall have in place a mechanism for collection of third party resources and an accounting system which produces audible records and reports. Anticipated award will be for an initial twelve (12) month period with two (2) one (1) year options periods.
