GSA received numerous responses to its October 6, 2000, "Design Excellence" Announcment for Architectural/Engineering Services for repair and alterations to the historic Muskogee Federal Building-U.S. Courthouse. A selection panel convened in Fort Worth, TX on November 13, 2000, to evaluate the Stage I submissions. After evaluation, three firms were selected to participate in Stage II.
