Description

The Naval Air Warfare Center Training System Division intends to negotiate on a sole-source basis with JIL Information Systems for Life Cycle Support Technical Resource Center of the Naval Aviation Survival Trainers (NAST). The contractor will provide non-personal technical engineering and logistics support services and will maintain the Aviation Survival Trainers (ASTs) Technical Resource Center (TRC), an electronic resource. The TRC consists of all technical library support, electronic database, hardcopy and softcopy technical documentation. The contractor will perform independent validation and verification, technical word processing and migration of documentation into an electronic database. SEE Note 22.
