This is a notice to award a sole source purchase order to ITT Industries for (1) titanium heat exchanger tube bundle backfit kit(surface-search radar array/multi-functional), P/N 5-199-13-003-001 under simplified acquisition procedures for other than full and open competition as authorized by FAR 6.302-2. The award date for this procurement was 7 October 2000. This notice is neither a request for proposals nor a solicitation for offers. The determination not to compete this procurement is solely within the discretion of the government.
