Description

Provide Janitorial Service for the Dale Hollow Powerhouse and Dam according to the specifications, work schedule and schedule of Supplies/Services which will be provided in the bid package. Requests for bid packages should be received by 27 Nov 00. Contract time period will be made for one year with optional clause for three one-year periods. Total Cost for the base year and 3 option years will not exceed $100,000.00. This procurement is a 100% Small Business Set Aside. NAICS code is 56179 and size standard is $12.0 million. Award will be made by Purchase Order using Simplified Acquisition Procedure on or about 22 Dec 00 See Note 1
