Mac Dougall, Supervisory Buyer Phone: (732) 445-5282 Fax: (732) 445-4712 E-Mail: joemacd@rci.rutgers.edu Date for receipt of proposals: December 18, 2000 Proposals are requested to revise, continuously update and deliver a training course, Management of Transit Construction Projects, to assist Federal Transit Administration (FTA) grantees in preparing and implementing Project Management Plans and managing capital investment projects. This two and a half-day course will be offered to managers, planners, and engineers involved in all phases of the management and control of FTA-funded projects. The contract will require revising and updating existing course materials, including a resource manual, and delivery of the course up to thirty (30) times) times during the three-year contract period. The RFP will be distributed with a copy of the existing course materials. NTI will require proposers to have had experience with the subject matter as well as experience in revising, updating, and delivering training programs. To obtain a copy of the complete RFP, send a written request on organization letterhead to the University Procurement & Contracting address above. Fax or e-mail requests will be accepted; telephone requests are unacceptable. RFP's will not be faxed. Requests received before December 1, 2000, will be honored. All RFP's will be transmitted by express mail on December 1, 2000. Proposers submitting and signing the proposal documents must be the original requesters of the proposal package.
