Description

The Aleda E. Lutz VA Medical Center, Saginaw, Michigan is soliciting for a contractor to provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, permits, license and supervision and all associated work as required to perform general construction, alterations, mechanical and electrical work, utility systems, roofing modifications, and necessary removal of existing building construction and certain other associated work as required by drawings and specifications to Renovate for Endoscopy/Bronchoscopy Room, Project No. 655-00-106. Completion time for this project is 230 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed. The proposed procurement herein is unrestricted in accordance with the Small Competitiveness Demonstration Program (P.L. 100-656). NAICS code is 233320. The cost range is estimated between $500,000 and $1,000,000. The solicitation will be available on or about November 27, 2000 at a nonrefundable cost of $50.00 per set by cashier's check, certified check or money order. Make check or money order payable to the Department of Veterans Affairs.
