Description

THIS SOLICITATION WILL BE ISSUED ON THE WEB. NO PAPER COPIES WILL BE ISSUED. THE WEB SITE FOR THIS SOLICITATION IS http://www.ioc.army.mil/ac/aais/ioc/. DRAWINGS WILL BE AVAILABLE ON CD-ROM, HOWEVER, DISTRIBUTION STATEMENT X is applicable. Distribution authorized to U.S. Government Agencies and private individuals or enterprises eligible to obtain export-controlled technical data in accordance with regulations implementing 10 U.S.C. 140c, 01 Apr 1995. Other requests must be referred to Commander, U.S. Army Chemical Biological Defense Command, ATTN: AMCPM-SM, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD 21020-5423. A Military Critical Technical Data Agreement, DD Form 2345, is required. The form and all applicable instructions can be obtained at the following web site: www.dlis.dla.mil/ccal. Contractors must have the form filled out and submitted to DLSC and certified by that organization. A technical data package cannot be forwarded to a contractor who has not been certified. A DD Form 2345 is required to be submitted with any request for the technical data package to Headquarters, Operations Support Command, ATTN: AMSOS-CCE-D (Cheryl Nielsen), 1 Rock Island Arsenal, Rock Island, IL 61299-6000 or email to nielsenc@osc.army.mil. Requirement is for 16,000 each Outer Payload Filling Assemblies f/XM98 Non-Lethal Distraction Grenade and 16,000 each Outer Payload Filling Assemblies f/XM99 Non-Lethal Blunt Trauma Grenade. Solicitation will include a 100% option for both items. FOB: Destination, Pine Bluff Arsenal, Pine Bluff, AR 71602-9500. Delivery schedule shall begin 90 days after award and continue in incremental quantities every 30 days until completion. Approximate issue date 12 Dec 00 with opening date 30 days from issue. All responsible sources may submit a bid which shall be considered by the agency. The proposed contract listed here is unrestricted. NOTICE: All contractors who provide goods/services to the Department of Defense (DoD) must be registered in the Central Contractors Register (CCR) to be awarded DoD contracts.
