The solicitation has a base year and four option years. There are four approved sources of supply per QPL-5504-34: PTI Technologies, Cage 0DMN2, Facet Enterprises, Cage 90005, Facet International Cage 87405 and Western Filter Corp, Cage 13520. The NSN, Part Number, and Annual Estimated Quantities (AEQ) are as follows: 1650-00-542-2060; P/N AN6235-2A; AEQ = 13,152 and Maximum AEQ = 26,304. Delivery: FOB Origin, 100 days ARO.
