PRON: AX0T6137AXAX, NSN: 2840-00-894-0500, PN: 2-100-040-16, Quantity: 200 each minimum, 750 each maximum 5 Year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) requirement applicable to the CH-47 T-55 Turbine Engine. F.O.B. Destination with delivery to Texarkana, TX. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside and is limited to those small businesses which are approved. Required delivery with First Article Testing is 15 each, 250 Days After Contract Award (DACA) and 15 each per month thereafter until contract completion. The First Article Test Report is due 188 DACA. Required delivery without First Article Testing is 15 each, 200 Days DACA and 15 each per month thereafter until contract completion. This item is restricted to the approved small businesses Electro-Methods Inc, Cage Code: 33617 and Twigg Corp, Cage Code: 50595 because this part requires engineering source approval by the design control activity in order to maintain the quality of the part. An alternate source must qualify in accordance with the design control activity's procedures, as approved by the cognizant Government engineering activity.
