Description
The has Air Force has a requirement for the following: CLIN 0001: Test Set, 15 EA 6625-01-085-4729DP P/N: 62A114DI or, P/N: 19-054 or, P/N: AN/USM-128 SIZE: 8" L x 6" W x 6" L FORM, FIT, FUNCTION: Designed for pre-flight Checkout of Aircraft electronics power systems. Provides Indications of Frequency between 380 and 420 cps, Ac Voltage 110 & 120 volts RMS, and DC voltage between 26 and 29.5 volts and phase restoration. PREDOM MATERIAL: Metal, Plastic, and Elect components. APPL: Common P/R Nr: FD2060-00-29628 Government's Required delivery; 30 Dec 2001 Shipment is destined for Warner Robbins AFB, GA This is a commercial competitive exclusive small business set-aside item purchase. Pre-approved sources are: Rex Systems, Inc, CAGE 59475, Phaostron Instr. & elect Co., CAGE 77221, and Joint Elect Sys., CAGE 80058 There are no Government Drawings or specifications Available for this solicitation. The Government anticipates releasing a paper Request for Proposal (RFP) on or about 6 Mar 2000 to source(s) requesting a RFP document. Fax requests to the point of contact (POC) are allowed and should be requested in time to meet the RFPresponse date. CBD Notes 22 and 26 are applicable. All potential offerors should contact the buyer/PCO identified in this notice for additional information and/or to communicate concerns, if any, concerning this acquisition. If your concerns are not satisfied by the contracting officer, an Ombudsman has been appointed to hear concerns from offerors or potential offerors during the proposal development phase of an acquisition. The Ombudsman does not diminish the authority of the program director or Contracting Officer, but communicates Contractor concerns, issues, disagreements, and recommendations to the appropriate Government personnel.
