Description

The General Services Administration, Federal Technology Service, Region 3, Philadelphia intends to solicit through other than full and open competition pursuant to FAR 6.302-1 with Redwood Software, Inc. for the acquisition of Report2Web software, installation and one year maintenance. Redwood Software, Inc. is the only manufacturer and vendor of Report2Web software. Report2Web software operates in an NT environment utilizing existing security file features. The software is licensed by server CPU.. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for Commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for proposal (RFP), GS-03T-01-R-0001. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-12. This procurement under SIC 7371. Delivery is required by 12/15/00. Item shall be shipped to Dept of Navy, Norfolk Naval Shipyard, Code 1230.03, Bldg. 9, Portsmouth, VA 23709. Clin 0001 Report2Web Software Quad Processor, Clin 0002 One year maintenance. Any response to this solicitation must include past performance. The proposed must include capabilities, experience, and current services or contracts that would demonstrate your ability to successfully deliver item and proof that delivery can be made by 12/15/00. Offerors must include at least 1 customer from whom the item has been delivered. Offerors are reminded to include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items (JUN 1999), with its offer. Clause 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions -- Commercial Items (MAY 1999), is hereby incorporated by reference. Clause 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders -- Commercial Items (MAY 1999), is hereby incorporated by reference; paragraphs and subparagraphs (a), (b) (1) (5) (11) (12) (13) (14) (15) (20) (22) (25), (c) (1) (2) (3), (d) and (e) apply to this solicitation and any resultant contract. GSAR Clause 552.212-71, Contract Terms and Conditions Applicable to GSA Acquisition of Commercial Items (MAR 1998) is hereby incorporated by reference; clauses 552.203-70, 552.215-70, 552.228-75, 552.229-70, 552.232-70, 552.232-77, apply to this solicitation and any resultant contract. A firm fixed price contract will be awarded.
