Description

DESC: The Defense Energy Support Center (DESC) is soliciting a proposal on a full and open competitive basis to award contracts for Into-Plane Fuel with Contingency Requirement for the following six (6) Intermediate Support Base (ISB) locations in Africa: Libreville, Gabon; Entebbe, Uganda; Dakar, Senegal; Accra, Ghana; Windhoek, Namibia; and Lusaka, Zambia. The performance period will be from date of award through 30 September 2002 (Base Year) with three (3) option periods to renew: Option I -- 1 October 2002 -- 30 September 2003, Option II -- 1 October 2003 -- 30 September 2004 and Option III -- 1 October 2004 -- 30 September 2005. Refer to solicitation for specific quantities at each location. Solicitation will be available on the web after 15 November 2000. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered. Note: Change in solicitation number to SP0600-01-R-0096 and due date to January 3, 2001.
