Description

The National Park Service, Harpers Ferry Center, is soliciting proposals for the preparation of a preliminary schematic design and the subsequent development, production and installation of interpretive media for the Brown v. Board of Education Monroe School Media Project. The Solicitation will be formulated in two parts. In Part I, the Government anticipates award of up to three contracts. Each selected contractor will be awarded a firm-fixed-price contract for $5,000 for the preparation of a preliminary schematic design which includes audiovisual elements. Only the selected contractors will proceed and compete under Part II for the further development, production and installation of interpretive media. The solicitation will be available on the internet on December 1, 2000, at http://www.nps.gov/hfc/support/rfp.htm.
