Description

The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center, Norfolk Detachment Philadelphia, PA intends to procure, on an unrestricted basis, the rental of 800,000, 500,000 and 200,000 gallon barges to be utilized for the disposal of Waste Oil, Oily Waste, Bilge Water at the NWS Earle in Colts Neck, NJ. Said disposal will be provided by the contractor. Tug and Pilot Services will also be required. The subject services are required for a base period of one year with provisions for three (3) one year options. It is intended to award a Fixed Priced Indefinite Delivery Requirements type contract. The solicitation will be issued in accordance with Far Part 12. It is anticipated that the test procedures contained in FAR Part 13.5 will be utilized hereunder. The applicable Standard Industrial Classification # is 4953. The solicitation will require the submission of a price proposal and past performance information.
