This is a combined/synopsis/solicitation for commercial items, prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation N00259-01-T-0011 is issued as request for quotations (RFQ). Award will be made on PRICE, DELIVERY AND PAST HISTORY. Other than OEM "Aladdin Temp-Rite, LLC" please provide 3 references of sources that you have provided for the same type of service. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 97-20. Clin# 0001: ONE TIME REPAIR OF BELOW LISTED GOVERNMENT OWNED EQUIPMENT. THE VENDOR IS ALSO RESPONSIBLE FOR THE REMOVAL OF ALL BOXES, PACKING MATERIAL, AND CLEAN UP OF THE WORK AREA. THE VENDOR WILL ALSO TRAIN 1 EMPLOYEE IN THE USE OF THE EQUIPMENT, INCLUDING REPAIR.
