MODIFICATION TO A PREVIOUS PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE The previously announced pre-solicitation conference for this draft RFP has been rescheduled for November 29, 2000, 12:30 5:00 (EST) PM in the Building 549 auditorium at the NCI Campus in Frederick, MD. The conference will be followed by a tour of the facilities at approximately 4:00 PM.
