Description

Psychiatrist(s) and Psychologist(s) to provide outpatient psychiatry and psychology services at VA community based outpatient clinic (CBOC) located in Marietta, Ohio, and VA field service center (FSC) located in Pomeroy, Ohio. Psychiatry services to be provided 1 day (8 hours) per week at Marietta CBOC and 1 day (8 hours) every other week at Pomeroy FSC. Psychiatrist(s) must be board certified and must be licensed in the state of Ohio. Psychology services to be provided 1 day (8 hours) per week at Marietta CBOC and 1 day (8 hours) every other week at Pomeroy FSC. Psychologist(s) must be doctoral level graduates of an American Psychological Association accredited school and internship program and must be licensed. Term of contact will be for the period January 1, 2001, or date of award whichever is later, through September 30, 2001 with two (2) one-year renewal options, all subject to availability of funds. Solicitation to be available o/a 11-20-00. Proposals will be due NLT 3:00 p.m., 12-18-00 or as specified in the solicitation.
