Description

The United States Agency for International Development Mission in 3) Contracting for local and international personnel; 4)Accounting; 5) Reporting and monitoring; 6) Review, analysis, and reporting on the control and documentation for the proper management and use of vehicles; 7) Responding to audit recommendations and taking action to assure compliance with audit recommendations; 8) Management of the Component I warehouse and management of inventories; 9) Assistance to the PIU in preparing annual work plans and budgets; 10) Preparation of quarterly contract and project expenditure reports, etc. The contract will be for a period of up to twelve months and is an extension of an ongoing contract. It is expected that Honduras-based firms would be appropriate bidders. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to negotiate with only one source under the authority of AIDAR 706.302-70. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, the Government will consider all proposals received within fifteen days after date of publication of this synopsis.
