Description

This is an intent to award a sole source purchase order to Tesseract Corporation, San Francisco, CA for maintenance renewal for "PMS, Payroll and Position Control" Software packages for the period 10/01/2000 through 09/30/2001. This is a sole source procurement due to the proprietary nature of the software. This procurement is subject to the availability of Fiscal Year 2001 funding. This is not a formal solicitation. This synopsis is not considered a request for quotations. No solicitation document is available. No contract will be awarded on the basis of offers received in response to this notice, but will be used to determine if a comparable source or offerors are available and more advantageous to the Government. If no affirmative written response is received, the purchase will be awarded without further notice. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on this notice is soley within the discretion of the Government.
