Description

Project number NKAK 00-1034 consists of constructing and maintaining base pavements on Little Rock AFB. Work includes, but is not limited to: removing asphalt surfaces; asphalt paving/prime and tack coat/surface course; scarify and recompact base course; coal tar emulsion sealer; traffic marking paint; constructing drives, parking lots and concrete slabs; cold-mill asphalt pavements and repair of utility trenches. The contract will consist of one basic year with two option years. This project will be a requirements type contract. The estimated contract magnitude is between $1 million and $5 million. This procurement is unrestricted and award will be based on best value using performance-price trade-off procedures. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 234110. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be issued electronically on or about 18 Dec 2000 and may be obtained at the following website: http//eps.gov.
