Description

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency has a requirement for services to install utilities in the greenhouse at its National Health and Environmental Effects Research Laboratory -- Atlantic Ecology Division, 27 Tarzwell Drive, Narragansett, Rhode Island. Work shall include electrical installations to include electrical distribution panel, receptacles, vent control system, lighting and mechanical installations to include plumbing and heating fixtures. A firm-fixed price type contract is contemplated. A contract completion date of February 15, 2001 is anticipated. The estimated price range is between $25,000 and $50,000. The solicitation will be issued on or about 11/28/29. Information to allow prospective offerors a site visit will be announced in the solicitation. This is an unrestricted acquisition and contract award will be made pursuant to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program.
