Description

This is a Modification of Synopsis Published September 13, 2000, Submission No: 496082. Solicitation USZA95-00-R-0035. The U.S. Army Special Operations Command intends to sell/exchange nonexcess personal property concurrent with an acquisition in accordance with Section 201(c) of the Federal Property and Administrative Services Act of 1949, 63 Stat. 284 as amended (40 U.S.C. 481(c) (reference (ccc)), any equipment, including repair parts, may be exchanged or sold subject ot part 101-46 of the Federal Property Management Regulation (reference (eee)). Department of Defense (DoD) policy is to exchange, rather than replace, eligible nonexcess property whenever exchange promotes economical and efficient program accomplishment. Seventy Four (74) each LN-93s Inertial Navigation Systems (INS), P/N: 890500 which include the following version(s): one (1) each of -8 version; five (5) each of -10 version and sixty-eight (68) each of -11 version. The condition of the sale should be one or the other, exchange of the LN-93 systems for CDNU-900 or cash (CDNU-900 preferred P/N: 822-0948-001 Rockwell Collins). The quantities and condition may change up to the date of sale. [AMENDED] to reflect the following: Request for Proposal (RFP) USZA95-01-R-0007 in lieu of USZA95-00-R-0035; Sixty (60) each LN-93s Inertial Navigation Systems (INS), P/N: 890500 which include the following version(s): one (1) each of the -8 version; four (4) each of the -10 version and fifty-five (55) each of the -11 version in lieu of the above mentioned quantities and versions. Estimated date of release of subject solicitation to IBOP is 17 November 2000.
