Description

The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division, Point Mugu, CA intends to issue a Firm Fixed Price delivery order under a Basic Ordering Agreement with Mayhew Industries of Orange, CA. Requirements will include technical support and the manufacture of twelve (12) Liquid Coolant Filtering Units (LCFU) and 48 LCFU Filtering Parts during a period of sixteen (16) months after award. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with Mayhew Industries as the designer and manufacture of the LCFU, Part Number LCFU-2AC-302-8, which is used for both Intermediate-level and Organizational-level F/A-18A/B/C/D APG-65 and APG-73 radar. Mayhew Industries has the required technical and engineering expertise and the manufacturing data packages for the LCFU. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals; however, any firm, other than Mayhew Industries, should respond in accordance with Numbered Note 22.
