Description

This is a combined synopsis/silicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses identified in FAR Subpart 12, FAC 97-16, as required. North American Industry Classification System number is 42161 with a 100 size standard. This aquisition is 100% set aside for small business concerns; small women owned businesses are highly encouraged to provide quotes. This is a firm-fixed price procurement using Commercial Procedures. All items required are on attached bid schedule. After filling out bid schedule fax to: 2Lt. Joseph C. McElroy at 803-895-6018. All proposals are to include FOB destination prices. Delivery to: OL-A AFCESA/CEMIRT; attn. Mr. Bruce Goodwill; 922 Arnold Drive Extension; Dover AFB, DE 19902-5922. Delivery to FOB point is required within 5 days from award. The following FAR provisions apply to this acquisition: FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors Commercial; FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items, (price, technical, capability, and delivery); FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items(offerors must include a completed copy with offer); FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Status of Executive Orders-Commercial Items; FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items; DFARS 252.212-7001, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders Applicable to Defense Acquisitions of Commercial Items, and 52.215-5, Facsimile Proposals. All offers are due no later than 22 Nov 10:00 A.M. EST. Complete representations and Certifications are required with submission of pricing and technical description of items being quoted.
