Description

It is the intent of the Naval Air Warfare Center, Aircraft Division, Patuxent River, MD to award a sole source delivery order under an existing Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) with PhotoTelesis Corporation at 7800 IH West, San Antonio, TX 78230. The current requirement is for the purchase of one (1) each modified Fast Tactical Imagery unit, incorporating photo reconnaissance intellegence strike module technology. This prototype unit is to be delivered 90 days after the award date. This action is to be awarded under BOA N68335-00-G-0184 and is 100% set-aside for small business. The Government intends to negotiate this delivery order under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. PhotoTelesis is the sole designer and manufacturer of the FTI system, and own all rights to technical data. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, all interested parties may provide a capability statement. The Government intends to process this procurement on a sole source basis with PhotoTelesis. Numbered Notes 1 and 22 apply.
